- Adjectives come BEFORE THE NOUN (person, place, thing being described). For example,
I saw a large black bird flying by my window.
2. You can have several adjectives in front of a noun, but there is a limit and AN ORDER. This depends on the KIND or CATEGORY of ADJECTIVE it is. For example, in the table below we have:
